Sourdough Bread with Honey-Drizzled Figs & Rosemary

The combination of savory creamy goat’s cheese, ripe figs, a sweet drizzle of honey, and freshly chopped rosemary on a fresh slice of sourdough bread is so good. Give it a try yourself.

Ingredients
per bread slice

  • 1 slice sourdough bread

  • 1-2 figs

  • 1-2 tbsp soft goat’s cheese

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 stem fresh rosemary

Method

  1. Toast a slice of sourdough bread.

  2. Spread goat’s cheese on the bread,

  3. Wash and slice the figs and place on bread.

  4. Drizzle all with honey and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
